School Hygiene and Sanitation Programs using Puppetry
To ensure Nigerian children and their families stay healthy, Toiletpride works with partners, to improve the water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) practices of school aged children across communities in Nigeria. To get children excited about these issues, Toiletpride employs the use of puppets and puppeteers to teach children about safe practices such as proper hand-washing, tooth brushing, eating clean and healthy food, and drinking clean water.
Over 20,000 children have been reached through our puppet shows in over 170 primary schools across Abia, Benue, Bauchi, Edo, Ekiti ,FCT- Abuja, Kastina, Plateau and Jigawa states respectively.
